Ingredients

500g Ground Beef

500 - 700g Yukon Gold Potatoes

1 Medium Onionsliced

3 cloves Garlicminced

1 Tbsp Gingerminced

Pinch Thymedried

1 tsp Soy Sauce

to taste Salt & Pepper

1 tsp Cooking Wine

Chicken Stock
Directions
Fry the onions until soft.
Add garlic, ginger and thyme, cook for 2 minutes, add meat and brown.
Mix in Soy sauce, then mix in cooking wine.
Add potatoes, season with salt & pepper, add chicken broth until almost covered.
Taste and salt if necessary. Cover and cook at medium heat.
Mix as necessary so that potatoes doesn’t stick to the pan
Cook until chicken stock is almost but not completely evaporated (remove cover if necessary).
Do not overcook potatoes
