1 - 28 oz. can Tomato Purée

1 - 28 oz. can Diced Tomatoes

2 - 15 oz. cans Pinto Beans

1/4 cup Chili Powder

2 Tbsp Cumin

2 tsp Coriander

1 Tbsp Oregano

1 tsp Kosher Salt

2 Bay Leaves

12 oz. Beer

Cook bacon and burgers over direct heat, adding cheese. Move to indirect once browned. |

Mix spices and set aside. |

Add garlic, cook for a minute. As spices and mix together. Add bacon and burgers, and mash together. |

Add tomatoes, beans, 2 bay leaves, 12 oz. Beer, and a handful of crumpled tortilla chips. Cover and simmer for 1 hour. |
